AI readiness assessment for real estate

An AI readiness assessment is not a sales exercise. It is an independent look at whether your business is actually ready for AI, or whether the enthusiasm is running ahead of the foundations. Most property firms need this before they spend anything.

Why property firms need an assessment

Boards are rushing. The ones that rush without an assessment are the ones that end up with a project that stalls, a budget that overruns, and a board that loses confidence in AI altogether. The assessment is the discipline that prevents that.

First, which systems are ready for AI. These are the ones where the data is good, the process is clear, the governance is in place, and the business case is real. Start here.

Third, which systems are not ready. These are the ones where the foundation is not there, the cost of fixing it outweighs the benefit, or the process should not use AI at all. These are the ones where the honest answer is to leave them alone.
